Job Tips

For those looking for work in their area of expertise, today we list three vital tools to connect you with people who have common interests.

Linkedin: in Australia, many companies recruit qualified professionals, directly through this social network. So, keep your profile updated (and in English, please).

The ideal is to interact with people who post related subjects in your area and even apply for jobs.

Meetup: although this year we do not have face-to-face workshops, many online events are taking place. Keep an eye and connect!

Eventbrite: just like the Meetup, many events are happening online. Select subjects of interest and go ahead! We have heard some stories of people getting jobs through activities that were not even related to their area, but with hobbies in common.

And what about you? Do you have any networking tips to share? Comment your strategies to get connected!
